"Slooka" or "Slookah"

A derogatory remark made from the joining of two words, "Slut" and "Hookah"

Can be said in front of the person that is acting a fool, as to be a private joke between others.

"Someone's being a total slooka"

"Look at Her dancing, what a slooka"
