I don't know which language is hardest to laurn.... and i don't know the hardest language to learn either! I depends who you are and how you develop, learn and grow. If i gave you a specific answer, it might not be the same answer for someone else. For example, if i replied to your question with Japanese, someone from Japan might disagree as they have grown up learning that language.
