That doesn't mean anything. Perhaps you meant 'Konnichiha' ? If you did, then it means 'hello' or 'good afternoon'
Depending if Weston is a first or last name would change the honorific associated with the greeting. If it is a first name, こんにちは、ウェストン君 (konnichiha, ueston-kun) would work, otherwise you can use こんにちは、ウェストンさん (konnichiha, ueston-san) if it is a last name.
