The first languages may not have been written down, they may have been a spoken-only language, therefore we will never know what the first EVER language was.

However, the oldest text ever found was Sumerian. We have evidence of Sumerian documents dating back 5,000 years. By far, this is the oldest text ever discovered. But that doesn't mean Sumerian is the oldest language, there may have been more before it.
