as per my knowledge of English would have should use with active voice and would have been use with passive voice sentences
for ex -
1. had i been there i would have done this .
2.It would have been very nice if had been there.
This sentence is a fragment; it lacks an independent clause. If you're going to use the helper and past participle, I would not use the words "last year." I would leave it at "If you have been to Paris". Otherwise, it should say "If you went to Paris last year". It needs more to it. I.e: If you have been to Paris, what language is spoken there?; If you went to Paris last year, where did you stay?
You would use 'me' in this case. You use 'I' when you are the subject of the sentence, and 'me' when you are the object of the sentence or the phrase, as in this case.Subject of sentence: I was going to get a picture.Object of phrase: I was going to get a picture of Kaeleah and me.Object of sentence: It was Kaeleah andme in the picture.
The proofreading mark for an error in a sentence would be a caret (^) to indicate where the correction should be inserted.
Schoolteachers would tell you that it is forbidden to begin a sentence with the word 'and'. This could well be a myth as writers have been using it this way for many years. However, you should be encouraged to form more complex sentences by not allowing the use of a conjunction to start a sentence
The verb "is" should be used in the sentence "The vase of flowers is on the table" as it shows the relationship between the subject (vase of flowers) and the location (on the table).
you never should.

Has been is correct, since we are talking about the present. We wouldn't use have been since that would go with referees, plural, not referee singular. To use had been, we would be talking about something that happened in the past. For example, last year no referee had been sent a request.
i should inspect the mans house
The soccer referee should be a maverick.
y the hell should i care
The correct sentence would read "Prizes have been awarded to Pavana and me."Where you would use "I" is if the sentence were "Pavana and I have been awarded prizes."
We have been abreast of this situation for a time now.
Example sentence - If they would have been considerate of their hosts and not self-invited, accommodations could have been plentifully dispersed.
