Set the tumblers to their current correct combination. Now press the reset button using the point of a pen or an unfolded paperclip. The reset button is opposite the large button used to open the lock. The reset button also looks like it might be the hinge for the tumblers. If you have the old combination, or can guess it (most come with 0-0-0), open the case and leave it unlatched. There is a small lever behind the lock inside the case which has two positions. Move and hold it if needed in the other position, move the dials to the new combination and then return the little lever back to where it was. That should do it. It depends on the design. Most often there is a small lever inside. You push that when the code is set correctly, and then turn the dials while holding the lever. When you let go, the new code is set.
