My moms dog has the same problem. They have pills that help with bladder control problems available through a vet. They aren't exactly cheap (about $30 for a months supply for a 70 pound dog), but they do work. I can't remember the name of them, but the vet's office should be able to help. A natural alternative is D-Mannose and cranberry extract. I used it on two of my old dogs who had incontinence and it cleared both of them. After 6-9 mo. I sometimes have to use it 2 to 3 mo. again. But the dogs take it with no problem--they both hated what the vet gave them.
