To add dogs to the kennel in Nintendogs DS, you have to get more trainer points. A cheat to get trainer points is to make sure your dogs fur is beautiful, then go to care and choose either a wire or rubber brush, depending on the fur. When you choose a brush, choose the dog you want to brush. When you go to that "brushing room" or whatever, don't touch the brush or ANYTHING at all. Plug in your charger and leave your DS on and OPEN to that all night. When you wake up, just press the "back" button and you'll have more trainer points, and if you have enough, a dog will be added to the kennel. I did that and when I woke up, it said that they added Pugs to the kennel, so yea. :) Good luck!
