they are good pets i have one ,coker spaniels are very friendly and are also known as family dogs , they are very intelligent

No, they are not dangerous but Cocker spaniels are high strung and get excitable when people come over, they tend to wet on the floor a lot, as least the three dogs I personally knew.

∙ 10y agoEnglish Cocker Spaniels are the best family pets because American Cocker Spaniels are more sensitive are only for serious dog owners and dont mind spending four hours a day grooming and taking care of it.

∙ 12y agoIt depends on the dog. I have two cocker spaniel poodle mixes and they are very friendly. Kids love them! As long as you treat the dogs well, and they are loved they will be kid friendly.
