Well It depends if you are looking for a crazy dog or not, I mean no dogs are really that easy to train it takes a little while for most. Labradors Are crazy dogs and don't learn very quickly, Well they learn the easy stuff like sit, lay etc but they are also really nice dogs. Jack Russel's Are VERY noisy and aren't very obedient either. Boxers are mental and never learn anything. Border Collies are fairly good dogs and learn fairly quick and are easy to train and aren't so crazy but they are lovely dogs. BUT no dog is easy to take care of, They need to be walked often especially big dogs but then again a 2 hour walk wares out most dogs but sometimes thy dont come back if you let them off of the lead, So yeah. But with most dogs it depends how much training you put into it, Like my boxer is lovely but she still pulls on the leads and is crazy but hey, When your down she will come and sit on the chair or lay near you and comfort you to make you feel better and thats the same with all dogs. Also another good dog is a siberian husky, They are easy to train and are lovely so are akitas, I recommend you buy a dog book or something but i hope this helped!
