It is certainly possible to develop a friendly relationship with a horse, if you know what you are doing. I would not, however, say that all horses are willing to please you. It depends upon the quality of their training.
It's not just the training aspect of whether a horse is willing to please you or not, it's more the relationship that is developed between you and that horse. If there is a bond of trust, leadership (you being the leader), respect and even love, then that horse will indeed be more than willing to please you. If, however, you do not have a 110% trust level, little to no respect, and the question of who's leader is being fought over by you and your horse, you can bet that your horse will do anything but be willing to please you.
All horses can jump, it's whether they are willing to. I heard Friesians are amazing jumpers.
anytime they please
What? Winning horses are often the most responsive, obedient, supple, powerful, gentle, and willing to please horses. They have to be, to be able to listen to their riders cues, clear the jumps, run fast enough, spin the barrels, or do those complicated dressage moves. Is that what you were asking? Unclear question.
there are sooooooooooo many horses just one breed like Arabian or quarter horse have thousands and sadly there are so many unwanted horses so please if you have a stallion who is not worthy of breeding please geld him there are to many unwanted horses
Please take a class on reproduction.

Could you please clarify? It depends on what you mean... Like, please improve your question and I will improve my answer.
Poseidon, alternatively known as Neptune to the Romans, was the god of earthquakes. Please note that he made horses, not sea horses.
Horses all have different types of charectoristics. For instance, native ponies are strong and stubborn, yet normal riding school horses are more willing and dainty. This might not be much help. Sorry
Friesian horses are known for their gentle and friendly temperament. They are typically calm, willing, and easy to work with, making them popular choices for pleasure riding, driving, and dressage. They are also known for their intelligence and strong bond with their owners.
One does not have to be an actual Equine to be considered a horses a##. There are many versions of a horses asses other than the one that leaves a trail after a parade. Please see aDouche or aDouchebag
