Well it all depends on your perspective because some people are a dog person and some people are a cat person.

Well, kittens are easier to care for than puppies, because puppies, you have to let out to pee. Kittens go in a box!

Cats can definitely be as cuddly as dogs, and even more cuddly, but every cat is different. I have 4 cats, and only 1 of them will ask to be cuddled, but the other 3 will still sleep on the bed with me. In general, I think male cats tend to cuddle more, but only if you get it fixed before it reaches adulthood, and handle it a lot as a kitten. But even if you do this, the cat may still grow up to be un-cuddly. ALL CATS ARE DIFFERENT!

Just a note: Kittens are baby cats, there is no such thing as a baby kitten. That's like saying a baby baby.

Naturally, they do. They want to be loved. But some, who may very well been abused, probably won't like to cuddle much.
