It depends on how they act. Wild leopards are fairly healthy. They get exercise by hunting and get food that is naturally good for them out of it. They pretty much maintain their own health. It's like people; some will be healthier than others based on their actions. Tamed leopards, like in the zoo, tend to become weaker because of the lack of exercise considering the fact that everything is done for them.
Spotted leopards do, but other leopards don't - such as black leopards.
