Monkeys are smarter than dogs. Monkeys have figured out how to you tools and create shelter form themselves in the wild. A domesticated dog today could not do that.

Well that's a tricky one but i would say a monkey is more clever because they are the closest related to a human and we are VERY clever :)

monkeys can learn more things because they have a body similar to ours, but that does not mean they are smarter.
