Rabbits can be socialized to be friendly and gentle, and they can be litter-trained. (Most rabbits will still sometimes poo outside the litter box: it's territorial, a part of their nature.) Neutering/spaying goes a long way to making your rabbit trainable. It's widely recommended to neuter/spay pet rabbits for many reasons.
Some rabbits also enjoy jumping (endurance training over courses of small jumps). Two different training methods are clicker-training, and using treats. Acceptable treats include fresh fruit (apple, blueberry, papaya, pineapple, strawberry), carrot (a very sugary vegetable), or whole oat groats (not rolled oats/oatmeal). Treats should be severely restricted (no more than a few teaspoons per day). Too much sugar can result in gas (which can be life-threatening in rabbits) or not enough appetite to eat the hay they need to stay healthy.
There are many resources online to help you care for your rabbit. The House Rabbit Society is a good place to start (linked below).
Wild rabbits should not be domesticated, tamed, or trained. They should be left alone. If you want a rabbit, look into adopting a pet rabbit. They are overpopulated in many places around the world. Shelters in North America kill hundreds of healthy rabbits every year just because there's no room for them.

A trainable animal is an animal that can learn and respond to commands, gestures and cues. The animal normally needs to be reasonably intelligent and social (to the point it will respond to a human without fear to do so.) Dogs, for instance are one of the most best known trainable animals, and there are many books, websites and other such things with instructions on how to train them. There are also competitions for people to show how well their dogs are trained. Trainable animals can be very good because they can learn to help, and can benefit their owners.
