yes! dogs have personalities and they are living things....but you wouldn't get as much time in jail....say 5 2 10 years in prison
Duane "Dog" Chapman spent several years in prison in the late 1970's after being convicted of murder. Dog was charged with murder do to the fact that "accessory to murder" did not exist in Texas at the time.
Murder is the unlawful killing of another human being with a malicious intent. A killing could be lawful (self defense), it could be not a human being (a tree, dog, frog, rock) or it could have been with no malice (hatred)- and it would not be murder. It might be another crime, but not murder.
yes A human cannot "murder" an animal. Murder is an unlawful act of homicide, with homicide being a human killing another human. Having said that, many if not most states have laws that protect cats, dogs, and most other domesticated animals from abuse.
Duane "Dog" Chapman was convicted of murder in Texas in 1977, and spent several years serving time. Dog, who didn't actually kill the victim, was charged with murder due to the fact that in Texas at the time, there was no such charge as "accessory to murder".
Duane Chapman, more commonly known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, was arrested and convicted of murder in 1976. Dog and a fellow gang member were purchasing marijuana when the gang member shot and killed the drug dealer. At the time, there was no such thing as "accessory to murder" in the state of Texas, and so Dog was charged with murder. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Well it is known as Animal Abuse, you may be reported for it, and you MIGHT be fined. But you could be charged if the dog escapes and goes to a No Dogs! place. Also if it is on someone else's property you could be charged for it.
Yes.
A wolf dog is capable of killing a lion or a tiger.
Honest answer: I wouldn't advise it. The canine's handler is very likely to view it that way. As a legal matter the perpetrator would be charged with the "Destruction of Government Property."
because its like killing a human
Yes it sadly does
The dog is a dog. That is what i would say. If the dog attacks people there is nothing you can do. But if it's just barking there's still probably nothing you can do. Sorry. If there is a witness for the nusiance there is Still nothing you can do. BUT if there is not a witness what are they to say? It can't be proven.
