Yes as long as they are tought to respect each other at a young age.If a dog is older than a puppy natural instinct to hunt/harm a cat might be a problem. This is the case with any dog.
Wheaten Terriers are so smart! They are loving, happy-go-lucky dogs. The only problem with Wheatens are that they love people too much! They are well known for their "Wheaten Greeting" The wheaten greeting is jumping up on visitors when they walk into the house. After all the excitement, they do settle down. Wheatens are incredibly smart and so obedient. They are such fun dogs.

Norwich terriers are only brown (or have a brown stripe down their back) and have thick wire hair. Cairn Terrier fur is light brown and can have a little black--usually around ears and nose/beard (others are all black), and is much softer and not as dense as a norwich terrier.
Staffordshire Bull Terriers are usually between 14-16 inches tall at the shoulder - but there are the exceptions.
