Unworthy human who wrote this perplexing question, I'm here to reveal what I know about the survival inside a whale. I'm glad to say, it's completely possible.

For some whales.

The sperm whale is rather big HUGE! It's been known to eat sharks and giant squid, so it's possible that approximately 1000 humans can be swallowed by this huge creature.

There is a story of a man named James Bartley who, in the 1800s, was presumed to have been swallowed by a sperm whale, with the only damage being bleached skin, partial(?) blindness, and being knocked into a coma.

It is recorded that killer whales, or as I prefer to call them, orcas, can reach lengths over 30 feet. That's pretty big for a dolphin.

That's right. Orcas are dolphins, not exactly whales. But that's off-topic. Moving on.

Orcas have been known to swallow whole seals, sharks, and chunks of other whales.

I'm unsure of whether or not baleen whals such as the humpback or the ever-large-and-in-charge blue whale CAN swallow humans alive. Baleen whales are filter-feeders, meaning although they consume large quantities of food, it mainly consists of very small creatures, such as plankton, krill, and small fish.

You don't need to worry about choking a whale. The esophagus is stretchy, but it isn't completely stretchy, just to warn you. Also, the lungs and esophagus are in no way connected. Well, except for through the circulatory system, but I doubt you want to go down THAT route...

The average every-day whale or dolphin has three stomach CHAMBERS. Not "stomachs", "stomach CHAMBERS". The first chamber, called the forestomach, is the only stomach chamber you'll end up living in. It's a mechanical stomach, sort of an "extension" of the esophagus. The whales and dolphins are able to use this stomach to store food for later. Then, when the time comes, they use the stomach to crush the food in a form of "chewing their food". Sometimes they barf up the food to lure in more food, a.k.a. sea gulls.

Annoying pests... Those bird-brained birds stealing all the food they can... I say they get what they deserve!!!!!

Ahem... Anyway, the second chamber, the main stomach, is where TRUE chemical digestion takes place. The opening is said to be miniscule, so in order to get to that stomach chamber, you'd have to be crushed in the first one. Not too pleasant...

The third, the pyloric stomach, neutralizes any stomach acid travelling with the food remains so that it makes a safe trip through the intestines.

I suppose so, because Whale eats small mammals and I don't think it would eat a human, though I don't recomend to try it :D
