Yes. All canines can mate with any other canine. The issue from a mixed pair however cannot be registered, and may not be worth much monetarily. You may get lucky though and have several very good puppies that gain the best from both the sire and the dam.
No American Kennal Club says Doberman's do not cope with other dogs.

of course they can! all dogs can mate with each other, just like humans. i actually have a little fellow that is half boston terrier half doberman. i have seen mom and dad and the owners are also shocked at the results. he is definitely very cute. he has the brown doberman colours, he's bigger than a boston terrier but smaller then a doberman, he has beautiful underlying black brindle through his brown fur.
If you mean as in give birth to a schnauzer, then no. Even if you bred the min. pin. to a schnauzer, the babies would be mixed breed and would not be classified as a pure breed schnauzer. If you mean as a friend, then yes, as long as they are introduced properly.
