Yes, cats can indeed get testicular cancer. Testicular cancer is quite rare in young intact male cats, but becomes one of the more common tumors as the male cat gets older, especially once they they reach their senior years.

These tumors are most commonly found in older intact males, especially in those that have un-descended testicles. Currently, what causes the cancer is unknown.

The usual treatment is castration of the cat. This is very successful and there is seldom need for further treatment, especially in healthy cats. Castration at an early age (the normal age for neutering is 4-6 months) eliminates the risk of testicular cancer.
