yes thay do
The language 'care and control' implies that 'run free' is inadequate. You can send a letter to the board complaining of the free-running cats. In some geographies, free-running cats are better known -- sooner or later -- as lunch. Predatory birds, raccoons and other animals can kill, damage and otherwise do harm to a cat not in the care and control of its master.
In California, cats are able to go where they please. There are no specific laws governing cats. Feral (non-domestic) cats are included in California cat laws.
All domestic cats can run up to 30mph. That would be ideal but larger cats such as lions could run up to 40 mph!!
California poppies are poisonous to cats. Additional plants poisonous to cats include rhubarb, poison oak, foxtail, and the fruit salad plant.

They will run.
ya they prob be free at the pound
Cats normally do not run into things, but on occasion there are cats that are a little more "ditzy" and do run into things. Make sure your cat isn't blind because that may be a reason it is running into things.
It could very well run away.
There are none. Sorry
Yes. I played it and it was free.
