Yes of course and here this a list of things a dog can and can't eat:

GOOD FOOD:

Poultry

Beef

Game (rabbit, venison)

Boneless fish

Oily Fish (salmon, mackeral, herring, sardines)

Liver (in small amounts)

Dogs have shorter digestive tracts than humans and cannot digest most vegetables whole or in large chunks. It's best to put them through a food processor before giving them to your dog. However, a lot of vegetable matter may give your dog gas, so it is better to feed veg, fruit and some other foods in very small doses:

Cheese

Pumpkin/squash (very good for helping constipation)

Yogurt (plain, non-fat is good for diarrhoea)

Sardines (rinse off any excess oil)

Salmon (rinse off any excess oil)

Potatoes (cooked only)

Peas (I prefer to give them still in the pod)

Lettuce

Strawberries

Blueberries and other berries

Apples (fruit only; the seeds contain toxins)

Bananas

Grains should not be given in large amounts or make up a large part of a dog's diet, but these foods are generally safe in very small amounts:

Rice

Bread

Oats

Caution with dairy products as they are high in fat and can cause pancreatitis, gas and diarrhea. Usually, nonfat plain yogurt is safe in small amounts.

BAD FOOD:

Cooked bones

Raw fish

Onions

Tomato plants and Tomatoes

Macadamia nuts

Nutmeg

Salt

Animal fat

Caffeine

Grapes and Raisins

Chocolate
