By 'pass' I imagine you are referring to the rocks passing safely through their digestive tracts.
They answer is a tentative yes, on the condition that the rock is small and relatively smooth rock. A large or jagged rock could devastate the intestines, painfully tearing the delicate tissues and membranes designed to process soft materials. This would lead to other complications with other organs and infection within the chest cavity.
If the rock is jagged or big, surgical removal may be an option. Give your dog a few days to see if he walks with a limp.
Hopefully this answer was given in time, and if not, you brought your dog to the vet.
Best Wishes, and please recommend me...

Permeable rocks allow for liquid or gases to pass through them. Most rocks are permeable to a certain extent.

Impermeable rocks are those that trap water and do not allow it to pass through due to their low permeability. These rocks effectively act as barriers, preventing the movement of water underground.
It depends on how small the rock is, generally you shouldn't worry if your dog eats a small rock as it can pass through its system but if the rock is bigger then the width of your thumb, then it may cause problems.

I have known dogs that do that and it flattened their teeth. Besides that, the dog did not consume the rocks internally.
