Can guinea pigs blow up

They can for the same reasons that humans would like if they are in space but other than that, no. wieght issues are a problem but they wouldnt cause a guinea pig to blow up. Instead the overwieght guinea pig would slow down, lay down and eat alot so if you want to avoid that issue than let youre guinea pig run around on a floor but dont let them chew on wires,electrical cords,plastic, or anything else that would not be in their normal diet.
