First, check with the airline. I have seen cats on planes, but usually they are hidden in a large bag. If allowed, your guinea pig will need to be in a pet carrier that fits under the seat. Make sure it is not something that it can chew its way out of. Probably the best thing is as the answer above: leave it home.
