No they are poisonous to rabbits. some pet food places sell dry potato treats but my rabbit wont eat them so i would recommend not giving them any potato.

Rabbits can eat sweet potatoes. White and red are the ones that are poisonous to them. But sweet potatoes can be fed as a treat and they are actually useful in getting rid of diareah and getting a non-eatting rabbit to eat again.
