YES!! Worms can make a cat sneeze. Especially tapeworms. The cat excretes the segments of the tapeworms. They look like sesame seeds or cucumber seeds which you will find in your cats bedding. Cats are very clean and are constantly grooming. If your cat or kitten is grooming excessively , (constantly licking themselves) , this is another sign. as the worm segments also make your cat itch all over and he or she will "flick their tail" very often. A tapeworm is flat and very white. Check your cats rectum to see if you can see any excreting of worms. If you find this, take your kitten to the vet to be treated. Clean and vacuum the entire house especially the cat or kittens bedding and all areas where he or she sleeps and plays and make sure their litter box gets cleaned and disinfected to avoid re-infestation. Good luck!
It's possible.

If you suspect your kitten has worms, take them to the vet for proper diagnosis and treatment. Your vet can prescribe the appropriate deworming medication to get rid of the worms and recommend ways to prevent future infestations. Keep your kitten away from other pets until they are treated to prevent the spread of worms.
A cat can ingest worms through their water supply and become infected.

Because when you sneeze the sound you make is "SNEEZE!" ^No, it really isn't. I've not heard one person say "SNEEZE" when they sneeze, ever in my life. I've heard people say "Achoo", "Atishoo" and other ones, but never "SNEEZE".
