If the dog appears to be breathing fine and there's nothing either sticking up out of the nose or draining from the nose, you can watch closely over the next few weeks to see if it heals up on its own. If you can see bone, your dog has difficulty breathing or there is nasty stuff draining from the dog's nose, you need to take it to a veterinarian that day.
