This is not a professional answer, but I would recommend that you call a Veterinarian before doing this. I washed my baby bunny and she died. I think she licked the soap off of her or something. She was fine for a day, but died in the middle of the night after her first bath. A vet will probably be able to tell you the proper procedure for cleaning your bunny.

Hold your guinea pig to make it feel secure,it won't drown, and it won't run away. Then gently and thoroughly dry off your guinea pig when finished.
