Unless you have long haired cat who's fir gets matted there is really no reason to give them a bath, they do it themselves they experts at it. NEVER give your pet a bath using any kind of products that are made for people, use a cat shampoo.

"Cat" allergies are not usually to the cat or their fur but to dander or to mites. First find out what you are allergic to from your doctor as there are multiple treatments available. Second, there are allergy shampoos that you can use to bathe your cat. These cut down on the allergens. Also, be sure to wash you hands after petting the cat, keep the cat out of your bedroom, and keep you cat indoors. It's been proven that indoor/outdoor or just outdoor cats bathe themselves more and their saliva may be what you are allergic to as well.
Yes you can bathe a goat with cat soap, but it depends what type of goat it is. Like if its allergic to what's inside a cat soap. Otherwise its OK.
