No, you can't -- that would kill the baby. I'm assuming that you bred your doe and something went wrong and the babies need to be hand fed. The best type of milk to feed baby rabbits is rabbit milk, obviously. This is why it is recommended to breed two does at the same time, so that the other rabbit will adopt the kits. Rub vanilla on both litters and the doe's nostrils. This will get her to accept the babies. If you do not have another milk producing doe, feed kitten milk substitute to the kits using a dropper or bottle. The nozzle should emit a fine spray, not drops. Do not feed them normal milk form a carton.

No, you can't feed a newborn rabbit formula made for human babies. Rabbits and humans have completely different nutritional requirements.

It's extremely difficult to hand-raise orphaned rabbits. If you have baby rabbits and their mother is dead, you should contact a local authority -- like a rabbit rescue group, wildlife rehabber, animal shelter, vet, or municipal animal department.
