Puppies are born with worms that they can get from their mother or through their environment. Worms can cause health issues in puppies, such as weight loss, poor growth, and anemia. Regular deworming helps eliminate worms from the puppy's system and prevents potential health problems.
well it doesn't matter but just in case is gets ill i wouldn't give it an out of date worming tablet .
There called worms they can be uncomfortable for puppy, so take puppy to local vet to get weighed and they will then give your puppy worming tablets your puppy will have to take these regularly maybe once a month till a certain age. Vets do package that will send out tablets when they needed to be taking.

Worms in cats are easily treated with worming tablets, preferably from the vet. Worming tablets from the supermarket do not kill all the parasites that cats are subject to, but tablets from the vet do. Apart from worming tablets, there's nothing special you need to do to take care of your cat.

Worming has been known for thousands of years and is a technique developed by herbalists. A good example of an anthelmintic (worming agent) is wormwood, which is the herb used to give vermouth its bitter taste. Garlic can also be used to eliminate pinworms.
