By white I assume you mean an albino Siberian tiger. Surprisingly, many tigers have been raised in captivity their whole lives, and respond very well. Many entertainment events like circuses or travelling acts used several large tigers at a time, all of which had to be trained and taken care of. If you are willing to put in the massive amount of time and effort required to raise a tiger cub and take care of it, it will make a very friendly pet. However, in the past terrible accidents have occurred when training tigers, and several deaths have occurred when stage acts went awry. Bear in mind that a wild animal will always keep its instincts. Tigers are not like dogs in any way, and that must be remembered if you are to respect and understand this animal. Thinking it would be 'cool' to have a tiger as a pet won't cut it. Furthermore, obtaining a tiger cub is very near impossible, due to exotic animal export laws. Simply obtaining a tiger cub would be very expensive and would probably be illegal.
