If both parents are pedigree KC registered and there are no endorsements (the breeder can place an endorsement so the dog cannot be bred from) it should be possible to register puppies late (usually this is done when they are born) I think the Kennel Club charge £60 for late registration. Do you have all the relevant paperwork eg signature on stud form from the owner of the stud? Pedigrees reg no. for both parents?
puppies are better because it is not as rough and puppies are nice and sweet but not all
All dogs can have 1-14 puppies but it is rare to have more than 8 puppies
Yes they can be , it is actually way better to train them now when they are puppies than when they are dogs .
Yes, puppies are generally warmer than adult dogs because they have higher metabolisms and are still growing, which generates more body heat.

Tickling affects older dogs more than puppies, because puppies sleep a lot. I have don't this experiment with my dogs. The older dog is more affected by tickling or other noises and feelings than the puppy is.
Yes. 24 was the largest. http://www.dreamdogs.co.uk/largest-ever-litter-of-puppies-206.html
It depends on the dog
All countries! Puppies are bred all around the world. But if asking which countries breed puppies most, Europe and America are massive fans of dogs. We have more pet dogs than any other continent.
I have seen a Papillon have 6 healthy puppies.
No puppies are not twice smarter than a kitten they have the same level of smartness.Sometimes it depends on the puppy and the kitten cause some puppies and dogs are smarter than others.
Not really. Young puppies recognise their mother as their mother, but other than that, no.
