Yes you can refreeze dog bones as long as they have minimal meat on them. I refreeze my dogs bone around 10 times or until its nearly gone...she is only a small dog so dont like giving her too much. Keep and eye on the look of it and the smell which will give a good indication if it is really 'off'. Hope this helps!
