Yes you can!! don't give up! check how much the dog has eaten (This can be used later) and take it to the vet. The dog may be fine but I would advise getting it checked over. Be careful of it's stomach ~it's probably feeling really crappy right now~ and maybe make him vomit, to get the chocolate out of him/ her.
Next time, just be sure to keep your chocolate AWAY from your pooch! Also, grapes and raisins are poison to your dog. Maybe buy a dog book to tell you what other things to avoid as well
