This is completely up to personal preference. Some of them certainly do, and others don't so much. For those who enjoy it, but find embarrassment in the general public, a very good place to wear such things are furry conventions. The "furry-to-not" ratio is dramatically tilted, and they won't find as much negative attention.
I would assume you mean the furries-as in the ones who dress in costumes and stuff. Yes, they are real. Of course, not everything you see on TV or the internet is true. Are the furries, who happen to be featured on CSI, real? Yes. Are furries really like CSI claims they are? Not usually. There you go, hope it helps. And yes, I do consider myself a furry.
i don't like dog furries
It could be any reason. Furries are pretty much like cosplayers, but they cosplay as their on character. Sadly, furries are know for the h0rny side- not the bigger side that´s kind, nice, and accepting.

Pigs move their ears with the help of more than 15 muscles that allow them to rotate and angle their ears to pick up sounds and communicate. They move their tails to express emotions like happiness or excitement, using it to wag, raise or swish.
Furries, like all individuals, should have the same rights and protections in society as everyone else, regardless of their interests or hobbies.
Yes, Boxers are born with long tails. Breeders choose to have the dogs tails docked in order to comply with breed standards. They also usually have their ears pricked, except in places like England where they allow the dogs ears to be natural.
Rabbits could wear collars. . . .. but they will not like them and will do anything to try and get it off.
we would have cat eyes , ears ,and tails . =) And we would appear on Broadway in never-ending musicals.
You are referring to a beaver. They are commonly found in Canada, and have flat tails.
No way to know. We've not encountered any yet.
In a way yes because they're both worn like dog collars, but no, emo collars generally have studs or spikes. Or they have some kinda emo traitto them
