Do big cats attack other big cats?

well it kind of depends... because i have a teacup Yorkie and two cats that are bigger than it. And they don't seem to really attack it. Mainly just hisses and sometimes hit the dog on its' head but nothing else really...

Yes. Any adult cat is capable of killing a smaller, weaker cat, however it is fairly unlikely in most cases that a cat will INTENTIONALLY kill another cat. I recommend watching any older animal when it is with a younger or smaller animal, simply because accidents can happen. It's okay for them to play, the kitten will let the larger cat if they're being too rough, just be sure you're there to referie in there is a misunderstanding. It also depends on the cats involved, some cats have no social skills and others can just be plain bullies, while most I've encountered behave reasonably around one another. Be observant and get to know how the cats interact, it may be nessecary to separate them when you aren't present, but it might not. Some cats DO prefer to be the only cat in a household, listen to the cats, they'll let you know if you should be worried.
