well lions and cheetahs are the only one's that stay away from water

leopards don't mind water but they stay on dry land most of the time

now tigers and jaguars love water(jaguars use water more than tiger) and they can spends up to hours next and into water. they actually need water more than allot of other animals

There are a number of pictures of tigers swimming in pools; they evidently are quite fond of water. If the weather is hot enough, they will play with ice in their pool.

Most big cats are creatures of the south, and so typically they won't be fond of ice. Wildcats and lynxes, however, do range quite far north. Whether they like ice or not is unknown.

Some cats are. Ever heard of that tiger who was able to swim? if you're trying to get your cat to swim, don't do it, unless it absolutely LOVES water, because most cats HATE water.
