Unlikely, but not impossible. An adult bobcat is probably too big to look like a nice meal for a Hawk, while a cub/kitten might be a tempting snack.

There's also location to consider. Most Bobcats live in Forests, and Hawks generally prefer to hunt in open areas. Hawks and Bobcats wouldn't meet that often.
