Yes, Chipmunks get fleas. They are known to carry and spread them. You can give your chipmunk a small dose of flea medicine but from my experience, my chipmunk licked it off. I used a all natural cat flea medicine i got from Krogers. Also be sure to bomb the house, mainly the room the chipmunk is in. All animals need to be gone from the house for to hours and wait 30 minutes after cleanup before letting them back in. Its best not to mop or anything because that will take the bombing medicine off the floor and kind of defeats the purpose of the bombing process
