Yes. Most dogs do. If you're looking for a hypoallergenic dog, try shih-tzus, bichon frise, any hairless breed, border terriers, Irish water spaniel, lhasa apso, Maltese, samoyed, tibetan or wheaten terriers, or a yorkie. I'm sure there are other breeds out there as well if you don't care for any of these.
