An elephant's cells are not larger than human cells, depending on what type of cells we are identifying. The reason an elephant is so much larger than a human is because an elephant has many more cells than a human. Even though elephants are bigger in size, it does not effect the size of its cells.

As with every other living organism, elephants are made of a variety of cells, tissues and organs. If you want specifics, their tusks are made of ivory. Ivory is a material which is somewhat rare and expensive and is used to make all sorts of things- this being the reason elephants are being overhunted. If you mean Dali's painting it is oil paint on canvas.
Elephants have a diploid number of 56 chromosomes, which means their egg cells (ova) contain half of that number, or 28 chromosomes. This is typical for many species, where egg and sperm cells contain half the number of chromosomes found in somatic (body) cells.
