It is generally advised that it is best to own two neutered Dogs of opposite genders for the best chance of them getting along. That said, provided both Dogs are well socialized and are not Dog aggressive then there is no reason why two female Staffords could not happily live together. I myself own two female Staffordshire Bull Terriers (3 years and 10 months) who co-exist very happily with one another.

I have a staffy bull that was brought up with other animals, I had 2 cats when she was a puppy she used to lay by the fire with them. I now have guinea pigs in open topped C&C cages and she is absolutely brilliant with them. Ofcourse this may not apply to ALL staffordshire bull terriers. It depends how they were treated from puppies.
