  • I own a ferret in an apartment and she's perfectly happy here, the only problem is they have quite a strong smell, so if you are renting and your landlord does not want you to have pets, I'd say always have carpet deodorizer, room spray and those nice smelling things everywhere to try and hide the smell during inspections.
