Guinea pigs normally don't get car sick. I took an hour long ride with my guinea pig and he actually enjoyed it. As long as you pack some of his/ her favorite treats (mine enjoys romaine lettuce) he/she should be fine. If you pig gets a little nervous just talk soothingly to him.
Tip: Play so music really softly to calm your guinea pig.
