Yes they do.. Huskies blow their coat, which is when the fur comes out in chunks not like the ususal labrador etc, which a few hairs come of when you pat them, Huskies have lots of layers in their fur, when a hair falls off, it is all squiggley. They often shed their coats when it is too hot, or when its too cold and they shed it for another warmer coat. Its not unusual for a husky to have thick clumps of fur stick out, Huskies should be groomed at least once a week.
