Lions do shed
Lion heads is a new breed of rabbit that have rapidly become popular as a fancy breed. They are said to have originated in Belgium. Breeders were trying to produce a long coated dwarf by crossing a miniature Swiss Fox and a Belgian dwarf and sometimes the Jersey Wooly. The Lionhead (which had basically occurred as a by product or accident of the breeding program) eventually turned out to be more popular than the long coated dwarf, and so breeders carried breeding them intentionally.
Yes, they are, as I know from experince of breeding them for 4 years. But in general, if looked after properly, all rabbits can be nice and gentle.
All domestic rabbits including Lion Heads have a gestation period of 30 days.
