NO! don't give it any milk. But if your wanting to give it SPECIAL milk, you should contact a VET and they will give you free advice.
they drink milk from their mothers. but if you are trying to rescue baby rabbits they have successfully been raised on dog milk. BUT the milk needs to have a good bacteria culture in it, specifically and dirty
Because rabbits are mammals, they have mammary glands from which their young get milk.
goat would probably be the best for baby bunnies
no
Mommy rabbit milk
yes and if you don't believe me check on caring for orphans for rabbits. : )
No, they do not drink anything else but water! At least, they're not supposed to...you can harm your rabbit. I have raised rabbits for years. Currently raising 2 rabbits and 3 baby bunnies. They only drink water. Don't feed them milk.. they only drink milk from their mother when they are only a few weeks old.
You can feed baby rabbits milk from its mother or infant formula milk designed for rabbits through a baby bottle, (KMR is a kitten milk replacer), which is available in pet stores. So yes you can feed rabbits milk, but special milk for pets, not normal milk!!
Baby rabbits drink their mother's milk, i.e. rabbit milk. If the baby rabbit is domestic and orphaned, you can try feeding it Kitten Milk Replacer (KRM); if the rabbit is wild, use goat milk. However, it can be very, very difficult to hand-raise rabbits, especially if you aren't experienced. If you find yourself in charge of an orphaned baby rabbit, do lots of research and contact local experts in your area. See the related link below for a place to start.
goat milk, it is easier to digest
Actually no because it could be bad for the rabbits
No. No baby rabbits, orphaned or not, should be fed cows milk.
