Simply put, yes. Basically any mammal female with young offspring have the ability to produce milk, this is because that is how mammal newborns get their nutrition until they are old and developed enough to eat solid food. That being said, while it is possible to collect and drink badger milk, I have never heard of anyone doing that (except of course in that stupid movie The Animal.) Also, badgers are not exactly large animals so it should go without saying that compared to a cow they are not going to produce much milk so if you wanted a full 8 oz. glass of badger milk it would probably take about 8-10 female badgers' milk in order to collect that much. I also imagine that it would taste pretty horrid and be very difficult to milk a badger in the first place. Still, the nasty taste, the fact that you need a lot of badgers and the difficulty in milking them are all worth the work because we all know (according to Rob Schneider) that badger milk can give you superhuman strength and abilities.
